Last year’s Rock varsity Outside Half Thomas Butterworth was a try scorer and key figure over the weekend as Wayne State defeated Slippery Rock to qualify for Nationals.

Got to see Thomas play over the weekend. His team won the championship (against my Alma Mater, Slippery Rock) and will be in Houston for Nationals December 10/11/12. Hopefully we can all go watch him play. It will be at Aveva Stadium. He scored a try in each game. Just another Rock alum tearing it up in the US of A!!!! Yeah Baby!!
