Process Overview

Rugby signup is a multi-part process, but we will try to make it as painless as possible.

Part 1 – sign up with USA Rugby. This is mandatory before any contact drills or game as it provides insurance coverage for players and the club through USA Rugby. You will need your USA ID in order to complete part 2.

Part 2 – fill out the Rock Rugby registration form (see below)

*** We would like as many players as possible to be through steps 1 and 2 by first practice so we can start working on contact drills and get y’all in the communication app. We are more than happy to work with you individually on payment plans or whatever is needed for part 3 (club dues) ***

Part 3 – pay the club dues listed below. The club dues covers your membership to Rock Rugby as well as practice kit. If you selected financial aid or payment plan in the form, we will reach out to you with further details.

Part 1 – Sign Up with USA Rugby (get your USA ID)

*** Please have a profile photo of your player ready to upload ***

  • Go to https://xplorer.rugby and click “Log in”
  • Either type in your userid and password from last year or click “Create a Rugby Xplorer account”
  • If you logged in as a parent, on the main screen click the “linked accounts” tab and input your player’s details
  • On the left hand menu, click “Register” and ensure you are selecting your player as the person to register
  • Select “Find a Club”
  • Either pick your player from last year or “Link a new person”
    • Click Next 
  • Search for “Rock Rugby” and select the option with the subhead “Texas, Youth and HS Council”
    • Click Next
  • Role = Player
  • Registration Type = Either High School or Middle School
  • Duration = Season
    • Click Next
  • Enter the player details, photo, additional details and parent info screens
  • Pay the fee ($99.79 for high school; $79 for middle school)
  • Make a note of your USA ID Number

Part 2

Go here and register with Rock Rugby (you will need the USA ID from part 1)

Part 3

Pay dues using Venmo at @rock-rugby (include player name in the comments)
