2022 started with a successful scrimmage against our friends from Cy Fair. I felt it was a very good day of learning the game and having a chance to experience contact against players other than ourselves. We started off slow but came on strong as the day progressed.

Our numbers are low, but their hearts are big. This team has bonded quickly, and I can see on their faces how much they are beginning to love this game. This team has spirit, desire and will improve. Our coaches can teach rugby, but we can’t teach them spirit. They are finding their way and it’s exciting to witness.

Thanks for the parents for all their help, we can’t do it without you.

We have another scrimmage this next weekend against the Huns.
